Mobility Training

Mobility is an oft used buzzword. But what is it, and how can you add it to your workout plans? Let's start with the definition.


/mōˈbilədē/

The ability to move or be moved freely and easily.


Mobility allows you to move better throughout the day and throughout your workouts. For me, its been the difference in dealing with frequent nagging injuries and being able to train without issues.


Mobility work doesn't have to be a 1 hour process. Oftentimes, 5-10 minute sessions are perfect to get your body primed for a workout or to go about your day.
