The push-up rivals the squat as the most fundamental exercise movement. It is an exercise that everyone should be able to perform. However, if you don't have a good baseline of upper body strength, it can feel impossible to achieve.
I put together 6 exercises that you need to master before you can do a great push-up. These exercises build on each other to help you do a perfect push-up! Follow these steps and you will be knocking out push-ups in no time.
