  • Routines frequently change, progress, and modify to match the time of season

*I recommend athletes be at least 15 years old or have at least basic experience with lifting weights

MPH Arm Care

  • 5 arm care/mobility routines per week​​

  • Routines change based on the anticipated time of season

  • Same as full version minus the strength & conditioning programming

How MPH App Looks on the inside

The MPH baseball app includes 4-5 arm care sessions per week with exercises selected to improve arm health and mobility for baseball. Partnered with the arm care program (on the full version only) is a strength and conditioning program designed to help you get stronger and more explosive all year.
