How MPH App Looks on the inside
The MPH baseball app includes 4-5 arm care sessions per week with exercises selected to improve arm health and mobility for baseball. Partnered with the arm care program (on the full version only) is a strength and conditioning program designed to help you get stronger and more explosive all year.
